We set up our company in 2005. A few years later we launched MailBakery as a dedicated PSD to Email brand.
We are a gang of 12 in-house dedicated coders, programmers and designers with more than 5 years background in the industry.
We need to recharge our batteries but in the case of an urgent project we can discuss and overcome the craziest deadlines.
It’s simple! Just complete our order or contact form. Provide as much specific information as possible. We will investigate your design and requirements and get back to you with price quote and completion time.
We offer 3-price options depending on completion time. While placing an order you will see the approximate delivery date. We may adjust the delivery date depending on project complexity. We start working only after the client’s approval of delivery date and price.
The best way to contact us is through our client’s area. We have developed it to make the communication process as convenient as possible. It helps us to track and centralize the information exchanged between clients and MailBakery. Also you can contact us via email: [email protected].
We offer unlimited revisions. Bug fixes and minor tweaks are always on us. Additions and sizable changes will be quoted separately.

Yes. You can send us your NDA for signature, or we’re happy to provide our own NDA template if you prefer.
We will never publish anything without your prior permission. Everything between us is kept in complete confidence, as stated in our privacy policy.
You bought it, you own it. We do not claim any rights.
There is no risk. If you check out our sample section you will find that all the samples posted there are designed and coded for our own purposes.

We offer custom discounts based on project complexity. For large scale projects we provide significant custom discounts and great delivery adjustments. Contact us with the design previews attached. The price discount is provided once we investigate your designs and requirements.
We prefer layered PSD or Sketch files but we also accept almost any other formats such as: Figma, XD, Zeplin, AI, INDD or similar.
Yes. Since we turn them into layered Photoshop file we may consider an additional charge.
Our standard rates cover emails no longer than 3000px. We’ll provide you with a custom price quote based on the length of your email.
We test each project with all of the email clients listed here.
Yes. Every template we code is fully responsive. You can either send us a mobile-specific design version or let us use industry standards and best practices. Your emails will look great on any screen size.
Yes. Just add a note to your order and provide us with 2x size design file(s). It’s free of charge.
We test templates using third-party email testing tools and can provide screenshots from the tested clients and devices upon request.
Yes. It is a standard practice at MailBakery. We’ll send you the link to your Litmus.com test.
We’ll send you the archive which includes all the source files (html and images) as well as the link for your Litmus.com test.
Yes. Since email clients do not allow loading of any external files, all the CSS is inline.
No. Email clients do not allow loading of external files.
No. Forms and JavaScript are not supported by most email clients.
No. Since all CSS is inline, rollovers/hovers are not possible in email templates.
